200 kick w/fins fly no board
200 swim breast
200 kick breast no board (hands on butt)
200 swim back
200 kick back w/fins

4 x 5 minute swims
goal is to get to 300 - 400 yards each time
1 min rest between each

6 x 100's pull w/buoys and paddles

16 x 25's sprints

3700 yards
